A: Once payment is completed, there are two scenarios: 1) Orders with customized jerseys take 7 working days to prepare. 2) In-stock jerseys take 2 working days. Shipping then takes 10-15 working days (Expedite shipping takes 5-7 working days). International deliveries can face various delays, but we guarantee arrival within a month after payment finished!
Can I cancel my purchase?

How can I track my orders?
Let me introduce our work process:After we received your order, it takes about 2-4 working days to check the quality and packing according to your order numbers. And then we will send a picture of items and tracking number to you by email ,please make sure your email is a good one. The new tracking number and tracking information will be updated in 3-5 working days. And then you guys could track on line. Our customers on whatsapp will also keep tracking the orders to make sure every parcel will be delivered.
I am after a particular model but cannot find it on your website, can you get them?
We do keep rolling out our website, but not all of our inventory will immediately be present. Please feel free to whatsapp or email us a picture of the items you are after. We are happy to tell you that we may be preparing them in my factory in some weeks or we may already get them ready to sell.
Is it 100% sure that we will get the parcel, what if the package lost?
a. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.
b. We keep tracking for every parcel on to make sure all go well.
c. Please make sure your email and phone number is a good one to be in touch and someone there will be available to receive your order, otherwise your package may be returned and there is no more free shipping be offered. Customers need to pay for a reship.
d. We offer insurance on our website in case some parcels got lost then we could do a reship. If you worry, remember to add the insurance while ordering.
